Parking Enforcement
Attention Residents
This is a reminder that Julia Gardens Property Owners Association contracts with Recon Parking Management to enforce parking violations.
Parking Enforcement patrols on a random basis. Recon Personnel will always wear company uniforms with the company name in reflective letters. Vehicles in violation of parking and traffic rules are subject to the vehicle being towed and/or referral to law enforcement at the expense of the owner of the vehicle. Julia Gardens Property Owners Association shall not be liable for any damages resulting from enforcement of vehicle parking rules.
The following violations are subject to the tolerance level: No In street parking. No parking on grass, No parking partially or full-on sidewalk, No commercial vehicles, No boats, No trailers, No storage of vehicles, No vehicles under repair, abandoned, or inoperable, expired state tag over 30 days or expired temporary or No tag.

Violation warning tolerance level is to be structured as two (2) warnings for the same offense. If compliance is not met the vehicle in violation will be immobilized (Boot) on the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) violation. If still compliance is not met or management has not provided a hold order on the vehicle, it will be towed off the property until compliance is met.
All vehicles within the community must have a parking permit. Please contact Recon if you currently do not have a Julia Gardens permit, clearly displayed on the front lower left driver side windshield of your vehicle. Recon may be reached at 954-960-5162 during business hours Monday through Friday or at permits@teamrecon15.com
Guest parking can be obtained by obtaining a virtual permit at ReconParkingManagement.com. In the menu select Guest Permit.
Effective immediately: Vehicles parked during the day on the street are subject to immediate towing/booting with no violation notice. PARKING ON THE STREET IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME. There has been an abundance of vehicles parked on the street, in the middle of street (see attached photo), that impede traffic, delivery trucks, trash service, and create safety issues. Residents may only park in their garage, driveway, or a guest spot.

Julia Gardens Four Legged Friends

We pride ourselves in being a "Pet Friendly" community. However, un-scooped waste has become a real concern in our community. Not only is it unsightly, but more importantly, it can be unsafe to other pets, our children, and the enviroment.
We have installed waste pet stations around the community in hopes to help solve this problem.
Not only are you breaking the community rules by not picking up, but you are also breaking the law.
