Cassandra was elected President of Julia Gardens, Inc on April 8, 2010 when the association officially took ownership from the builder, Standard Pacific. For the past three years, she has contributed her time, effort and ideas to help bring this community back to a more vibrant place to live. Cassandra relishes in the idea of being President of such a beautiful community and takes pride in helping to maintain the lovely and quiet community feel that Julia Gardens has acquired. She and her other Board members have worked very hard to keep homeowner fees down, while still trying to improve many areas of the property to attract potential new homeowners. She believes that when a community is actively participating in events and projects together and getting involved that is what improves and builds a strong and friendly neighborhood community.

I joined the Board of Directors family in January of 2013 and was elected VP June 2013.

I have lived in this community since 2006, when more than half the community was still under construction.  I live here with my husband, Brad, and our four children. And of course our dog.

I am excited to be on the Board and help the other Board Members on an ongoing project to keep improving Julia Gardens.  To help keep our community a safe & clean place for our families.
